SECTION 5A - MADE-TO-ORDER, DEMI-MESURE AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Certain products offered through this website are manufactured specifically according to the customer's specifications, measurements or selected options.
Such products include, without limitation, made-to-order garments, demi-mesure garments and personalised products.
For made-to-order shirts, the available modifications may include collar size, sleeve length and front body length.
Once an order for such products has been confirmed and payment has been received, the order becomes final.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, products manufactured according to the customer's specifications are not eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal.
These products may not be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded except in the event of a manufacturing defect, lack of conformity or any other mandatory legal warranty.
Production times for made-to-order garments are generally estimated between six (6) and eight (8) weeks from order confirmation.
SECTION 6 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order.
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete account, billing and shipping information and to update such information when necessary.
