Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 business hours of confirmation, subject to availability.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

ATUL offers a selection of delivery options depending on your location, including home delivery, collection point delivery, and express shipping where available.

Customers may select their preferred delivery method during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We cut the cloth, make the garment, and dispatch it promptly. After that, we're all at the mercy of logistics — a field only slightly more predictable than human relationships.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow its journey.
